Aim to arrive 20 minutes before your race start time
Park in any of the free public lots near the river, close to the Health Valley Trail Gazebo (behind Fire Station)
No pre-race check in required!

9:00am: Timed 5k Race start
9:15am: Costume 3k Fun Run start
9:30am: Family 3k Pumpkin Walk start (Shorter! Slower! Stroller-friendly! All ages!)
🎉 After party
10:00am: After party starts at Change Lifestyle & Apparel, 1380 King St N, St Jacobs

What should I bring to the Great Pumpkin Playground Dash?
Yourself, your cheering squad, your camera, and some water for after the race!
What should I wear?
Comfortable running/walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing (layers are good!), and perhaps a hat and sunglasses
Will there be water stations along the route?
Yes, there will be one water station along the 5k race route (at the end of Old Scout Place)
Will there be directions and signage along the route?
Yes, we will have volunteers at various locations along the route to ensure everyone knows where to go. We'll also have a marker for each kilometer so you can track your progress.
Will the run still happen if it's raining?
Yes! We will run/walk in the rain. In case of thunder or lightning in the forecast, stay tuned for additional communications about backup plans. We'll contact you at the email address you provided in the registration form.
